In December 2025, Sephardic U launched what has become an annual Hanukkah at Sea journey—bringing together a diverse group of guests aboard the Celebrity Beyond to celebrate Hanukkah through tefillah, shared meals, Torah learning, and meaningful moments at sea.
What began as a cruise became a community. From nightly candle lighting and Shabbat services to spontaneous song, learning, and connection, Hanukkah at Sea is now a tradition we plan to continue every year.

Sephardic U is coordinating this group to bring our community together but is not responsible for booking, pricing, or cabin selection.
We have reserved a limited number of cabins with a deposit but do not control prices or cabin availability.
All travelers must book their own cabins directly with Celebrity Cruises using our group code.
Sephardic U will assist with informal community activities onboard — including nightly Hanukkah candle lighting, a community Shabbat dinner, daily minyan, and meetups.
