Professor Yitzchak Kerem is a historian on Sephardic and Mizrahi. He is Editor of Sefarad VeHamIzrah since 1992, The Hebrew University, Chairman of the Foundation for Jewish Diversity, Los Angeles, and the Chairman of the Heritage House for the Sephardic and Eastern Jewish Communities, Jerusalem. Professor Kerem is an expert on the Sephardim and Mizrazhim in the Holocaust, and Sephardic genealogy. Has lectured in the field in over 70 countries since the early 1980s.
