Psalm 138
1לְדָוִד אוֹדְךָ בְכָל־לִבִּי נֶגֶד אֱלֹהִים אֲזַמְּרֶךָּ׃
2אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶה אֶל־הֵיכַל קָדְשְׁךָ וְאוֹדֶה אֶת־שְׁמֶךָ עַל־חַסְדְּךָ וְעַל־אֲמִתֶּךָ כִּי־הִגְדַּלְתָּ עַל־כָּל־שִׁמְךָ אִמְרָתֶךָ׃
3בְּיוֹם קָרָאתִי וַתַּעֲנֵנִי תַּרְהִבֵנִי בְנַפְשִׁי עֹז׃
4יוֹדוּךָ יְהוָה כָּל־מַלְכֵי־אָרֶץ כִּי שָׁמְעוּ אִמְרֵי־פִיךָ׃
5וְיָשִׁירוּ בְּדַרְכֵי יְהוָה כִּי גָדוֹל כְּבוֹד יְהוָה׃
6כִּי־רָם יְהוָה וְשָׁפָל יִרְאֶה וְגָבֹהַּ מִמֶּרְחָק יְיֵדָע׃
7אִם־אֵלֵךְ בְּקֶרֶב צָרָה תְּחַיֵּנִי עַל אַף אֹיְבַי תִּשְׁלַח יָדֶךָ וְתוֹשִׁיעֵנִי יְמִינֶךָ׃
8יְהוָה יִגְמֹר בַּעֲדִי יְהוָה חַסְדְּךָ לְעוֹלָם מַעֲשֵׂי יָדֶיךָ אַל־תֶּרֶף׃
1[A Psalm] of David. I will give Thee thanks with my whole heart, In the presence of the mighty will I sing praises unto Thee.
2I will bow down toward Thy holy temple, And give thanks unto Thy name for Thy mercy and for Thy truth; For Thou hast magnified Thy word above all Thy name.
3In the day that I called, Thou didst answer me; Thou didst encourage me in my soul with strength.
4All the kings of the earth shall give Thee thanks, O LORD, For they have heard the words of Thy mouth.
5Yea, they shall sing of the ways of the LORD; For great is the glory of the LORD.
6For though the LORD be high, yet regardeth He the lowly, And the haughty He knoweth from afar.
7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, Thou quickenest me; Thou stretchest forth Thy hand against the wrath of mine enemies, And Thy right hand doth save me.
8The LORD will accomplish that which concerneth me; Thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever; Forsake not the work of Thine own hands.
1[Salmo de David] Te doy gracias con todo mi corazón; delante de los encumbrados te cantaré salmos.
2Me postro hacia tu santo templo y doy gracias a tu nombre por tu misericordia y tu verdad, porque has engrandecido tu nombre y tu palabra sobre todas las cosas.
3El día que clamé, me respondiste; mucho valor infundiste a mi alma.
4oh Eterno, todos los reyes de la tierra te alabarán, cuando escuchen los dichos de tu boca.
5Cantarán acerca de los caminos Hashem, pues grande es la gloria de Hashem.
6Aunque Hashem es sublime, mira al humilde; pero al altivo lo reconoce de lejos.
7Aunque yo camine en medio de la angustia, tú me preservarás la vida. Contra la ira de mis enemigos extenderás tu mano, y me salvará tu diestra.
8El Eterno cumplirá su propósito en mí. oh Eterno, tu misericordia es para siempre; no desampares la obra de tus manos.
