Psalm 121
1שִׁיר לַמַּעֲלוֹת אֶשָּׂא עֵינַי אֶל־הֶהָרִים מֵאַיִן יָבֹא עֶזְרִי׃
2עֶזְרִי מֵעִם יְהוָה עֹשֵׂה שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ׃
3אַל־יִתֵּן לַמּוֹט רַגְלֶךָ אַל־יָנוּם שֹׁמְרֶךָ׃
4הִנֵּה לֹא־יָנוּם וְלֹא יִישָׁן שׁוֹמֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
5יְהוָה שֹׁמְרֶךָ יְהוָה צִלְּךָ עַל־יַד יְמִינֶךָ׃
6יוֹמָם הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ לֹא־יַכֶּכָּה וְיָרֵחַ בַּלָּיְלָה׃
7יְהוָה יִשְׁמָרְךָ מִכָּל־רָע יִשְׁמֹר אֶת־נַפְשֶׁךָ׃
8יְהוָה יִשְׁמָר־צֵאתְךָ וּבוֹאֶךָ מֵעַתָּה וְעַד־עוֹלָם׃
1A Song of Ascents. I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: From whence shall my help come?
2My help cometh from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.
3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; He that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4Behold, He that keepeth Israel Doth neither slumber nor sleep.
5The LORD is thy keeper; The LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6The sun shall not smite thee by day, Nor the moon by night.
7The LORD shall keep thee from all evil; He shall keep thy soul.
8The LORD shall guard thy going out and thy coming in, From this time forth and for ever.
1[Canto de ascenso gradual] Levantaré mis ojos a los montes: ¿De dónde vendrá mi ayuda?
2Mi ayuda viene de Hashem, que hizo los cielos y la tierra.
3No permitirá que tu pie resbale, ni se dormirá el que te cuida.
4Mira, no se dormirá ni dormitará el que cuida a Israel.
5Hashem es quien te cuida; Hashem es tu sombra a tu derecha.
6De día el sol no te golpeará, ni la luna de noche.
7Hashem te cuidará de todo mal; él cuidará tu vida.
8Hashem cuidará tu salida y tu entrada, desde ahora y para siempre.
