Psalm 13

1לַמְנַצֵּחַ מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד׃

2עַד־אָנָה יְהוָה תִּשְׁכָּחֵנִי נֶצַח עַד־אָנָה תַּסְתִּיר אֶת־פָּנֶיךָ מִמֶּנִּי׃

3עַד־אָנָה אָשִׁית עֵצוֹת בְּנַפְשִׁי יָגוֹן בִּלְבָבִי יוֹמָם עַד־אָנָה יָרוּם אֹיְבִי עָלָי׃

4הַבִּיטָה עֲנֵנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהָי הָאִירָה עֵינַי פֶּן־אִישַׁן הַמָּוֶת׃

5פֶּן־יֹאמַר אֹיְבִי יְכָלְתִּיו צָרַי יָגִילוּ כִּי אֶמּוֹט׃

6וַאֲנִי בְּחַסְדְּךָ בָטַחְתִּי יָגֵל לִבִּי בִּישׁוּעָתֶךָ אָשִׁירָה לַיהוָה כִּי גָמַל עָלָי׃

1For the Leader. A Psalm of David.

2How long, O LORD, wilt Thou forget me for ever? How long wilt Thou hide Thy face from me?

3How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart by day? How long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

4Behold Thou, and answer me, O LORD my God; Lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

5Lest mine enemy say: 'I have prevailed against him'; Lest mine adversaries rejoice when I am moved.

6But as for me, in Thy mercy do I trust; My heart shall rejoice in Thy salvation. I will sing unto the LORD, Because He hath dealt bountifully with me.

2¿Hasta cuándo, oh Eterno? ¿Me olvidarás para siempre? ¿Hasta cuándo esconderás tu rostro de mí?

3¿Hasta cuándo tendré conflicto en mi alma, y todo el día angustia en mi corazón? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?

4¡Mira; respóndeme, oh Eterno, Elohim mío! Alumbra mis ojos para que no duerma de muerte.

5No sea que mi enemigo diga: «¡Lo vencí!» Mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalo.

6Pero yo confío en tu misericordia; mi corazón se alegra en tu salvación. Cantaré al Eterno, porque me ha colmado de bien.
