Psalm 82
1מִזְמוֹר לְאָסָף אֱלֹהִים נִצָּב בַּעֲדַת־אֵל בְּקֶרֶב אֱלֹהִים יִשְׁפֹּט׃
2עַד־מָתַי תִּשְׁפְּטוּ־עָוֶל וּפְנֵי רְשָׁעִים תִּשְׂאוּ־סֶלָה׃
3שִׁפְטוּ־דַל וְיָתוֹם עָנִי וָרָשׁ הַצְדִּיקוּ׃
4פַּלְּטוּ־דַל וְאֶבְיוֹן מִיַּד רְשָׁעִים הַצִּילוּ׃
5לֹא יָדְעוּ וְלֹא יָבִינוּ בַּחֲשֵׁכָה יִתְהַלָּכוּ יִמּוֹטוּ כָּל־מוֹסְדֵי אָרֶץ׃
6אֲנִי־אָמַרְתִּי אֱלֹהִים אַתֶּם וּבְנֵי עֶלְיוֹן כֻּלְּכֶם׃
7אָכֵן כְּאָדָם תְּמוּתוּן וּכְאַחַד הַשָּׂרִים תִּפֹּלוּ׃
8קוּמָה אֱלֹהִים שָׁפְטָה הָאָרֶץ כִּי־אַתָּה תִנְחַל בְּכָל־הַגּוֹיִם׃
1A Psalm of Asaph. God standeth in the congregation of God; in the midst of the judges He judgeth:
2'How long will ye judge unjustly, and respect the persons of the wicked? Selah
3Judge the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and destitute.
4Rescue the poor and needy; deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.
5They know not, neither do they understand; they go about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are moved.
6I said: Ye are godlike beings, and all of you sons of the Most High.
7Nevertheless ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.'
8Arise, O God, judge the earth; for Thou shalt possess all the nations.
1[Mizmor de Asaf] Elohim está de pie en la magna asamblea; en medio de los jueces ejerce el juicio:
2¿Hasta cuándo juzgarán injustamente y favorecerán a los impíos? Selah
3Rescaten al necesitado y al huérfano; hagan justicia al pobre y al indigente.
4Libren al necesitado y al menesteroso; líbrenlo de la mano de los impíos.
5Ellos no saben ni entienden; andan en tinieblas. ¡Se tambalean todos los cimientos de la tierra!
6Yo les dije: Ustedes son Elohim, todos ustedes son hijos del Altísimo.
7Sin embargo, como un hombre morirán y caerán como cualquier otro gobernante.
8¡Levántate, Elohim; juzga la tierra, porque tú heredarás todas las naciones!
